Spoiler warning!
This article contains details of the ending and/or a surprise plot element.

He starts out daydreaming for Marina until he encounters her, and they get to know each other. He is always usurped to get a pebble, and when he makes a wish, an emerald cube comes at his feet, which Hubie mistakes for a pebble, and sees his wish came true, but his nemesis Drake tries to steal it. He later marries Marina and has children with her at the end of the film whom Rocko teaches (the children) how to fly.
